For foreign citizens and citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area who do not meet the requirements of article 68, paragraph 6 of the Higher Education Act – the deadline for submitting the documents is from 9 to 18 September 2009, and, by virtue of Ordinance of the Council of Ministers №103 and cultural agreements – at the Ministry of Education and Science, referring to a schedule determined by the Ministry in question.
