Mural Painting

BA in Mural Painting provides the artists with comprehensive educational and practical skills for designing and painting of exteriors and interiors in built architecture, and in vacant urban spaces. Their expertise in theory and practice of mural painting also allows them to take, either individually, or jointly with an architect, decisions on space and volume restructuring and on the artistic impact of architecture on the environment.With BA in mural painting, the artists enjoy a professional grip on the classical techniques, such as fresco, secco, mosaics, glass painting, sgraffitto, as well as on new techniques and technologies. The artists are entitled to working in both mainstream, and sacral architectural environment. They can also work as consultants, designers and organizers of the environment in municipal and village structures and aesthetically improve them. Those who have also taken courses in Theory and practice of education in the arts as their second subject, are entitled to teaching fine arts.

MA in mural painting will be obtained on the basis of the professional knowledge and skills accumulated through the BA degree. Artists will be entitled to opt for a subject, or field of work, and to develop related projects for which they will have to offer highly innovative ideas to be implemented with adequate skills. MA degree holders can be commissioned to work in the higher echelons of cultural institutes. They can also teach in universities  and colleges.
